Step 3: If you Agree for Replacement
we will do replacement with same product or another one. shipping charges will be free.
Step 4: We place your Return Request
Our Courier Executive will reach out to you and take the parcel.
Step 5: we will dispatch
we will dispatch your selected product as discussed.
Step 6: Deliver to your Door step
your lovely product again deliver within 3-5 days

Initiate return procedure, waiting for your product arrive at our warehouse. shipping charges will be deducted at refund.
Step 4: We will Check the product
product should be in condition same as you received. otherwise, your return will reject and will not proceed refund.
Step 5: Initiate Refund for Prepaid Orders
after checking the product, we will initiate the refund. If your order was Prepaid It will reflect to your used payment method within 1-5 days.
Step 5: Initiate Refund for COD Orders
If your order is in COD, we will ask for the payment details in which you would like to receive the refund. It should be an UPI & Bank Account Details.
